ICS supplied a new state of the art SOE and Annunciation control system at the AEP Southwestern Power Station in Oklahoma. The new SOE/Annunciator control system hardware was comprised on high-speed IO modules that provide 1 milli-second resolution along with GPS hardware to facilitate accurate time-stamping of events.
